Barbora grew up in Prague, Czech Republic, where she studied French and attended a bilingual high school. She has always had a passion for teaching and comes from a family where teaching has a huge history. She grew up in an atheist family, but when she moved to Canada in 2009, she gave her heart to Jesus and became a born again Christian.

Barbora has been blessed with four children, and after several years at home with her children, she decided to go back to work and pursue teaching in a Christian school. God led her to LCA where she is looking forward to following her love for teaching. She is excited about working in a Christian environment and helping her students grow in their acquisition of French as a second language and encouraging them in their faith.
